• FARRIERY:
THE WHOLE HORSE CONCEPT

Description
Horse owners, farriers, and veterinary surgeons looking to
expand their knowledge or seek a more philosophical approach
to the ancient craft of farriery will find the common pool of
knowledge shared in this resource to be informative and
thought-provoking. Attempting to bridge the gulf of
understanding with regards to natural biomechanics,
techniques, and systems practiced, the book provides
confidence and evidence to all farriers by explaining how form
and function are inextricably linked. It objectively
introduces the wider perspective of farriery, which is not
just about "shoes on horses" but encapsulates a benign
manipulative therapy, which forms an integral part of the
"whole horse concept."
